NSC 8000 AND NSC 10000 SLUDGE CENTRIFUGES

This new generation of dish type sludge centrifuge has been specially designed (Malaysia Patent No.  MY-116016-A) to reclaim the palm oil present in the sludge water from the clarifying plant. These 12 and 14 nozzles centrifuges with capacity of 8000 litres and 12000 litres respectively are made from expeceptionally high grade materials to withstand the presence of sand and other impurities in the sludge water. (Refer to the specification table for details)

CB Rotary Brush Strainer is specially for continuous removal of coarse particles from process liquids in order to protect downstream equipment such as sludge centrifuges pumps etc. The strainer has a stainless steel casing surrounding and vertical perforated cylinder through which the liquid passes.

SAND CYCLONE

Sand Cyclone serves to take the fine sand still in the sludge before it is processed in the sludge separator, so that the equipment in the sludge separator can be free from premature wear. Separation is performed on a centrifuge principle in which heavy density types are thrown to the outside and flowed to the bottom (ceramic cone). While parts of lighter weight will be thrown to the center and fed to a cyclone sand outlet.

Sand Cyclone Operational Procedure

1.The process of taking sand on a cyclone sand will work well if; Ceramic Coned in good condition (no wear and tear). The pressure difference between Inflow and Outflow is at least 2 bar.

2.Disposal of sand in the container tank should always be considered.

3. Check and notice Ceramic Cone or Stainless Steel Cone in good condition, no wear and leak.

4. Pump sludge from sludge tank to cyclone sand.

5. The difference in pressure between the inflow and outflow should ideally be at least 2 bars.

6. Notice the work of electrical automatic equipment (open and close valve setting) at the time of sand disposal at the container tank, sand discharge time and water entry time.

Specification

Sand Cyclone consists of cyclone, ceramic cone, actuator, desanding pump, pressure gauge and timer control. Pressure gauge mounted on inlet and outlet sandcyclone. The timer control setting functions to adjust the opening and closing of the sand drain valve in the cyclone sand. The timer control setting the closing position for 5 minutes opens for 15 seconds. "
